The Parakeet is a Public House and Dining Room in the heart of Kentish Town. We serve local beers, curated wines and spirits, and a woodfired menu built around seasonal produce — with Sundays dedicated to some of the best roasts in London.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our talented FOH team. You’ll be a confident communicator with a natural flair for hospitality, leading by example to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With a hands-on approach, you’ll support the team day-to-day, keep service running smoothly, and help drive training and development.

Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and oversee daily floor operations
* Motivate, support and train the FOH team
* Ensure guests receive outstanding service, every time
* Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards and deliver on targets

* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A hands-on approach with attention to detail
* Passion for food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences
