Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Credit Controller to join our clients team on initially a 6 Month FTC, hybrid basis based in Goole, East Yorkshire.
You will support a team of Credit Controllers with administrative tasks such as setting up new accounts, cash allocation, chasing cash from customers, raising credit notes, managing the credit control inbox and uploading invoices to portals.
Chasing overdue / aged debt via telephone and e-mail
Establishing and building strong relationships with your customer-base to ensure prompt payment and efficient query resolution
Maintain a clean ledger, minimise overdue debt
Admin / finance experience beneficial not essential
Credit control/sales ledger/collections experience preferred not essential
Excellent data entry/ customer service skills
Good Excel skills
Desire to work within a fast paced finance team
This is initially a 6 Month FTC position, full time position, working on a hybrid basis (2 days WFH / 3 days Office)
