About the role
This role sits within our Design System team, as a Product Design Specialist.

You will cater to two types of users:
Internal design and engineering teams: Youll collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure teams are well‑supported and have what they need to design their features.

3. Drive excellence in Design standards, usability and accessibility within the Design Chapter.

6. Contribute to the overall strategy of the design system and evolving look and feel of BT’s digital presence.
7. Build meaningful internal relationships, contribute to a culture of design excellence and promote a user‑centred way of working.
8. Implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve the design team processes, ensuring a consistent and coherent process to manage design quality and collaboration across squads.
9. Mentor other product designers, helping to improve the team’s craft and meet ambitions as well as act as a technical resource.
