Theyre looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to delivery. The Role You will play a key part in delivering innovative workforce solutions, acting as the link between clients and internal teams to make sure projects land successfully. This role is primarily office-based in Hertfordshire, with some travel to customer sites. What Youll Do Take ownership of projects from sales handover through to implementation and go-live Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk logs, keeping all stakeholders aligned Track progress, manage change requests, and ensure commercial accuracy throughout delivery Lead cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and keep momentum going Provide regular reports and updates to both clients and senior stakeholders Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes through additional services or features Share feedback that helps improve processes and simplify future delivery What Were Looking For 5 years in a customer-facing project management role A recognised PM qualification (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, etc.) Excellent communicator, able to adapt to different audiences Calm under pressure, commercially aware, and solutions-focused A proactive, self-starting approach with strong stakeholder management skills If this role is a suitable fit for your skillset, please apply and we will be in touch!
