Office Administrator
Duties:
* Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, sorting mail and prioritising emails
* Maintain and update office records and files
* Assist with data entry and data management
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Coordinate meetings and appointments
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks online
* Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and sharing
* Provide general administrative support to the office staff
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
* Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
