Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Associate

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits against ISO 9001:2015 and company-specific requirements.
* Track and support the investigation and closure of non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Maintain and update controlled documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms.
* Support the management of training records and assist in the scheduling of training sessions.
* Compile and prepare data for monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.
* Assist in calibration scheduling and maintenance of equipment records.
* Support the Discrepant Material Reporting (DMR) process by logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of material issues.
* Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams.
* Assist with the identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline QA activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the Quality department.
* Exiting projects to drive forward Salt Separations Services business delivery and contribute to our overall success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous experience in an administrative, QA, or compliance support role preferred but not essential — training will be provided.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
* Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
* Experience with document control systems or quality software (desirable but not essential).
