We are recruiting for a new Deputy Director of Strategic Asset Management, a senior role with accountability as the “owner of the asset” for the entire Paradigm property portfolio throughout its lifecycle. You will set and maintain standards from new build handover, through whole life investment decisions, to complex acquisition/disposal appraisals.
You will have responsibility for a function that drives, measures, and continually assesses the performance and viability of our stock. As such, leading a department of circa 25, with three department heads, you will deliver appraisal and investment, decarbonisation, and complex operational tasks such as building defects, non-freehold management, and statutory notifications.
The role will require a level of experience and expertise across the entire depth and breadth of the property spectrum, to truly deputise and act on behalf of the Executive Director of Property as required. You will be required to exhibit passion, resolve and innovation to drive our Asset Management and wider corporate strategies forward, using a range of resources and data driven interventions to achieve the best outcome for our customers and assets.
You should be able to demonstrate the highest calibre of written, spoken and presentation skills to engage effectively with executives, non-executive Board members and strategic partners, managing expectations and challenging with sound logic and expertise when and where appropriate.
