Performance Marketing Manager - £40,000-£45,000
Location: Birmingham | Hybrid highly desirable, remote candidates may be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join my clients team and take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce clients. This role is well-suited to someone with significant agency experience, proven success in scaling ecommerce accounts, and a strong ability to manage both budgets and client relationships.



About the Role:


The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including PPC & Paid Social i.e. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, deliver strategies that drive measurable results, and provide insights that shape long-term growth.

A background in account management will be highly advantageous, as the role requires clear and confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

1. Develop, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across key channels.
2. Confidently manage significant budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
3. Analyse performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
