This is a varied role where you'll be the go-to for both accounts and office support perfect for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making a real difference day to day.
Duties:
Managingtheday-to-dayofficeadmin(orderingsupplies,calls,generalorganisation)
Ensuring certifications and insurances are up to date
H&S accreditations
Ordering stationary or anything needed for the office
Lookingafterinvoicing,payments,andsupplierstatements
Chasingoverduepaymentsandsortinganyinvoicequeries
HandlingCISpaymentsandmakingsureeverything'sHMRC-compliant
Supportingtheteamwithtravelbookings,documentprepandad-hocbits
ExperienceRequired:
Accounting experienceideallyinasmallbusinessorconstructionfirm & experience managing an office is desirable!
