About the Job
* Act as an advocate and a role model in store for VM, demonstrating an active passion and enthusiasm
* Interact with team members and coach them to make sure the VM is maintained and in a perfect condition at all times
* Collaborate with the UKI Planning & Merchandising team to ensure the VM guidelines are adaptable for the store
* Monitor, plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and stock rotation in line with the VM guidelines
* Check store maintenance and environment to maintain the highest standards, ensuring lighting, props and furniture are in excellent condition
* Provide the Store Manager with necessary guidelines linked to the marketing guidelines and roadmap for store growth
* Support the UKI Market, District and Marketing department with in-store event
About You
* Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
* Demonstrates a strong sense of style and a genuine passion for visual merchandising
* Excellent customer service skills, with digital proficiency
* A winning personality, curious, empathetic, agile, and able to build trust quickly
* ,Customer-focused, result-driven with the commercial mindset
* Highly organised, a collaborative team player, and skilled at influencing and empowering others
