Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Duties:
Managing multiple structures improvement, strengthening and lifecycle schemes across all project phasesSupporting the development of the annual structures programmeCreating clear, practical outline design solutions that meet asset needsSecuring all required approvals, permits and consentsLeading and coordinating design management activitiesEnsuring projects meet all management, CDM, quality, safety and environmental requirementsResponding to technical queries, supporting temporary works and ensuring safe site operationsEngaging with residents, utilities, contractors, designers and the client to ensure smooth project delivery
Experience:
HND / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalentRelevant industry experience in civil engineering, structures or asset projects and background in design management, lifecycle schemes or structural assessmentsExcellent written, verbal and numerical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesConfident communicator who can build positive working relationshipsFull UK driving licence
Salary: £31 - 40,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus car allowance £4,700 (plus subsidised ferry travel if required)
