What You'll Do
* Lead all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional personal care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Achieve occupancy and budget targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, creating a safe, happy, and welcoming environment.
* Manage and develop staff: recruitment, training, appraisals, supervision, and retention.
* Oversee care provision, including electronic care planning, safeguarding, and incident management.
* Promote wellbeing and independence for residents, delivering person-centred care every day.
* Contribute to marketing and community engagement to promote the home and grow referrals.
* Maintain excellent governance, finance, and HR practices.
* Support expansion and additional locations when required.
Who We're Looking For
* Experienced Registered Manager with a passion for person-centred care.
* Confident in digital care systems, budgeting, and staff management.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure.
* Experience in residential or nursing care; knowledge of CQC standards is essential.
* Able to drive occupancy and maintain high-quality care standards simultaneously.
Desirable:
* Experience with multiple care services or domiciliary/live-in care coordination.
* Knowledge of wellbeing and activity programs for residents.
