Role Overview
Dr MediSpa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and creatively driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and manage a small high-performing content team. You will be responsible for shaping our social media strategy, driving impactful marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, trusted, and consistent across all channels. As one of the UK’s leading aesthetic clinics, we are looking for someone who understands the beauty/aesthetics industry and can translate that knowledge into elevated, credible, and engaging marketing. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Strategy
* Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy for Dr MediSpa (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Manage and oversee the content calendar; guide two content creators to deliver strong, consistent, elevated on-brand content.
* Maintain a cohesive brand voice aligned with the clinic’s values and patient experience.
* Keep ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
* Analyse performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and present clear recommendations to management.
Content Production & Creative Direction
* Provide direction, briefs, and creative leadership to content creators.
* Review and approve all creative content including graphics, video, and copy.
* Oversee the creation of client testimonials, treatment videos, and before/after content to highlight clinical excellence.
* Uphold high visual and editorial standards reflective of a premium aesthetic clinic.
* Attend shoots both on location and in clinics on a regular basis.
* Capture, create and edit content alongside the team.
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion
* Plan and deliver strategic marketing campaigns to promote Dr MediSpa services, treatments, and events.
* Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and industry partners to elevate brand awareness.
* Support product launches, in-clinic events, partnerships, and new treatment rollouts.
* Create and oversee the production of digital and print marketing materials.
* Collaborate with Dr Somji Skincare marketing team and external agencies for cohesive approach
Email & Content Marketing
* Lead the clinic’s email marketing strategy (newsletters, service promotions, educational content).
* Write and edit marketing copy including emails, blogs, press releases, and web content.
* Monitor email analytics and refine campaigns for improved engagement.
Events & Partnerships
* Coordinate clinic events, workshops, patient experience days, and launches.
* Manage logistics, vendors, and content capture before, during, and after events.
* Foster relationships with industry partners to maximise exposure and co-marketing opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
* Manage, mentor, and support two content creators.
* Provide feedback, set goals, and nurture ongoing professional development.
* Build and manage a structured content asset library and maintain brand guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics
* Provide regular performance reports on campaign results, social growth, engagement, and ROI.
* Use analytics tools to track performance and guide future strategy.
Requirements & Skills
* 3–5 years’ experience minimum in social media (content creation) and marketing. Preferably within aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or clinic environments).
* Strong strategic thinking with proven experience planning and executing social and marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools (e.g., Canva).
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and their unique strategies.
* Experience managing a small creative or marketing team preferable
* Skilled in content direction, visual storytelling, and maintaining premium brand standards.
* Comfortable using analytics tools, insights dashboards, and reporting on KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and e-commerce (Shopify/WooCommerce) is a plus.
* Proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growing clinic environment.
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly.
