Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Letting Negotiator located in Ilford. Responsibilities include managing property sales and leasing, liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, coordinating property viewings, and securing deals that benefit all parties. Additional tasks involve maintaining relationships with clients, promoting properties to potential customers, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Matters and experience working as Estate Agents
* Proficiency in Property Management with strong understanding of property-related processes
* Exceptional Communication skills for negotiations and client interactions
* Strong Customer Service skills and ability to maintain professional relationships
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, problem‑solving skills, and an understanding of the local property market
* Experience in sales or letting is advantageous
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate or property management are a bonus
