Award winning Blind Company looking to expand our experienced team in manufacturing and Fitting of made to measure window blinds. Experience would be advantageous but not essential. Duties will be divided between Manufacturing - using the latest industry specific machinery in order to complete all aspects of various blind manufacture and Assisting experienced Fitters with installation of all blind types effectively and efficiently with a view to becoming fully trained in both areas. Both roles will include some heavy lifting.
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work from written order sheets. Someone methodical, accurate and tidy is needed as you will be working with intricate components and fabrics and be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment. A friendly personality is essential, you must be a well presented, trustworthy, reliable and a tidy worker as you will be required to work within both domestic customers homes and professional commercial environments.

Job requirements
* Experience of working with/ using power tools and a variety of fixing materials
* Ability to liaise with and converse with the end customer
* Possess a natural desire to make the customer happy
* Be quick thinking, able to find solutions independently in order to resolve issues promptly
* Capable of team work and periods of working alone, using own initiative and remaining motivated to complete required tasks
* An eye for detail
* A full driving licence desired but not essential
Meets National Minimum Wage appropriate to age.
