As a Customer Relationship Executive Apprentice, youll gain hands‑on experience working with real customers, real data and real commercial decisions, while completing a Level 4 apprenticeship (equivalent to a foundation degree).

What youll be doing
From day one, youll be part of our Corporate Commercial Team, learning how to manage and grow customer relationships while being supported by experienced professionals.
Youll:
* Work with a portfolio of SME business customers, helping to build long‑term partnerships
* Learn how to manage customer relationships, spot opportunities, and support growth
* Help track customer performance, profitability and renewal plans
* Use systems like Salesforce to manage customer data and activity
* Support customer meetings, reviews and service delivery
* Work across teams to deliver a seamless “One Zenith” customer experience
* Develop commercial, communication and negotiation skills that employers value
Over time, youll grow into a trusted advisor for your customers — not just answering questions but helping them make smart business decisions.
