This will include helping us to develop our arboretum and trying to prepare the garden and Rhododendron collection for climate change, checks to make sure all areas are safe for people visiting, routine tasks such as weeding, pruning, planting, staking, mulching, and using machinery such as hedge cutters, leaf blowers, lawnmowers and tractors.
