Main duties and responsibilities
* Manage and develop customer base within the specified region of the UK, working remotely.
* Sell Kronospan decorative panel products to existing and new customers, achieving sales targets.
* Supervise a team of area sales representatives.
* Liaise with internal sales and production teams regarding customer needs and lead times.
* Maintain and update the CRM system.
* Work towards activity and revenue targets.
* Meet set plans for quantity and price.
* Manage key and target accounts and customers.
* Prepare visit reports, including competitor information, customer potential, and tasks.
* Prepare offers and distribute marketing materials.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience within the wood panel industry or similar.
* Experience selling to distribution, major furniture manufacturers, and construction industries.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and target-driven skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
