Our client, who specialises in industrial and marine solutions, is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to join their team.

About the role:
As the Refrigeration Service Manager, you will overseeing the daily management of engineers and the scheduling of service, maintenance, and breakdown jobs. This key role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for complex service issues, ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations, H&S, and quality standards. You will monitor KPIs, manage departmental performance, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
