Role OverviewWe're seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in designing, specifying, and delivering mechanical systems that meet client needs while pushing the boundaries of energy efficiency and environmental performance.?? Key Responsibilities
* Design and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for a variety of building types
* Produce detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and reports
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders
* Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance and quality
* Support project delivery from concept through to completion
* Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and sustainable technologies
�? What We're Looking For
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* 3+ years of relevant experience in building services design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES)
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE guidelines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IMechE) is a plus.
