JCW is working with a leading Medical Device Manufacturer looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Operations team and take ownership of key customer relationships in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication, weekly updates, and issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing) to support change requests and ensure timely delivery Monitor customer KPIs, lead business reviews, and support initiatives that improve customer experience and service levels Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; healthcare or medical device background preferred 3-5 yrs experience in account management or client-facing roles within regulated industries such as medical devices Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) If interested please apply or email Megan at megan.moran@jcwresourcing.com for more information
