As an Edumercial Business Partner for Redken and Pureology, you’ll combine your passion for education, business development, and creativity to empower salons across the West Midlands. A day in the life of the Edumercial Business Partner is to be the driving force behind the growth of Redken and Pureology in the West Midlands and surrounding counties. You’ll manage a portfolio of 70+ salons, blending online and offline strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.
Responsibilities
* Business Development: Spend 50% of your time winning new business, executing brand conquest strategies, and increasing distribution in your territory.
* Salon Support: Build and execute structured contact strategies, conduct business reviews, and deliver in-salon training in partnership with Education teams.
* Digital Integration: Embed blended selling strategies (O+O) and promote tools like L’Oréal Partner Shop, Salon Emotion, and Access.
* Education & Marketing: Deliver face-to-face and digital education sessions, create promotional activities, and support salons with sell-out strategies.
* Forecasting & Analysis: Accurately forecast turnover, identify risks, and analyze data to drive informed decisions.
* Relationship Building: Be an ambassador for L’Oréal, building strong relationships with salon partners and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Who You Are
* NVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in teaching, coaching, or assessing hairdressers.
* Extensive knowledge of hair colour and a passion for the professional hair industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales in a salon environment.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* A growth mindset, solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
