* The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters
* Your caseload will consist of sales, re:mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases
* In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing
* The firm are looking for experienced solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with around 3+ years\' PQE
* Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
* You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision
