Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a brigade of up to 60 chefs across multiple kitchens and outlets
Ensure all kitchens operate to brand standards, food safety, and company health & safety requirements
Develop, inspire, and motivate your team, creating a culture of support and collaboration
Manage kitchen organisation, planning, and communication to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Oversee menu execution, stock management, ordering, and forecasting against occupancy
Maintain strict financial control of kitchen budgets, costs, and wastage
Work closely with senior management to deliver consistent quality and exceptional guest satisfaction
Uphold and drive standards, addressing and challenging where expectations are not being met
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale hospitality environment
Proven success in managing and leading large brigades (40+ chefs)
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple priorities
Financial acumen, including managing budgets, stock, and forecasting
A hands-on leader with a passion for food quality, consistency, and service excellence
Flexible, resilient, and confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
