Reporting to the Executive Director of Customer Experience, you’ll take charge of housing, maintenance, estate management and customer services across your region. You’ll lead big, diverse teams, make sure services run smoothly and compliantly, and set the pace for improvement. You’ll shape business plans and make sure everything we do puts customers first.
