What You Will Do
The role of Production Systems Service Sales Manager offers an exciting opportunity within Johnson Controls to develop our focus on service growth within wellhead systems and hydraulic process control equipment. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager UK, and part of the Global Marine & Offshore Service business, you will aim to grow our equipment servicing and product supply base in the UK and internationally.
You will work closely with our UK operations team and be instrumental in executing sales growth initiatives.

How You Will Do It
You will execute your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets, using enterprise tools and value selling concepts to achieve targeted growth. You will adapt your sales strategy based on market feedback and ensure effective use of company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes.
Using market intelligence and networking tools, you will engage with potential clients to identify opportunities. Salesforce.com will be your CRM tool, supported by marketing for external communications and campaigns.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will
* Develop business strategies to enhance sales opportunities
* Identify and target key accounts for growth and new opportunities
* Monitor competitor activities
* Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet order requirements
* Handle leads and drive sales using Salesforce
* Contribute to growth initiatives in Oil & Gas sectors
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement
* Manage bids effectively
What We Look For
Required
* Understanding of the UK Oil/Gas/Renewables market
* Technical knowledge of Production Systems and Hydraulic Equipment (training available)
* Experience working with Oil & Gas operators and EPCs
* Proven sales experience in business development or field sales roles
* Experience in service or contract-based sales
* Strong client relationship and forecasting skills
* IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills and full UK driving license
Preferred
* Track record of selling technical solutions in Oil, Gas & Marine markets
* Experience with Salesforce CRM and large organizational structures
* Ability to present to senior management
* Autonomous, resourceful, and team-oriented
* Customer-focused and results-driven
