Are you a detail-driven regulatory reporting expert with a passion for data and transformation? Join a high-impact programme supporting the merger of two European banking entities into a new Intermediate Parent Undertaking (IPU).
We’re looking for a Finance Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and can bring clarity to regulatory data challenges.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Acting as a key liaison between Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance during a major merger.
2. Analysing and interpreting capital and liquidity regulatory requirements, including:SA-CCRLCR, NSFRLiquidity Stress Testing
3. Investigating and reconciling data discrepancies across systems and reports.
4. Providing insights into how liquidity and capital metrics are calculated and assessed.
5. Supporting the design and implementation of robust reporting solutions aligned with Basel III and internal governance standards.
✅ What You’ll Bring:
6. Strong experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services.
7. Deep knowledge of Basel III, capital adequacy, and liquidity frameworks.
8. Hands-on experience with SA-CCR, LCR, NSFR, and liquidity stress testing.
9. Ability to compare and explain differences in financial and risk data.
10. Familiarity with derivatives, FX, and bonds.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
🌟 Nice to Have:
12. Experience working on merger integration or regulatory transformation projects.
13. Understanding of data governance and control frameworks.
