What will you be doing as an Resourcer?
* Supporting the team by sourcing for a high volume of vacancies, screening, and engaging candidates
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and client communications
* Managing candidate databases and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
* Assisting with recruitment campaigns and client communications
* Providing cross-departmental admin support where needed
What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience within a Resourcing position, experienced delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns across corporate or professional environments
2. Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills
