Senior HR Business Partner An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation in Bradford, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact people strategies aligned to business priorities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Executive leaders and senior stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance and driving forward positive cultural and organisational change. Key Responsibilities Include: Acting as a strategic advisor to Exec members on people strategy and workforce planning Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including employee relations, engagement, and implementation Championing a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and performance Using data and insights to inform decisions, track trends, and drive improvement Building strong relationships with trade union partners and internal stakeholders Managing and supporting HRBPs and contributing to broader people leadership What We’re Looking For: Significant HR business partnering experience, including Trade Union engagement Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments Experience in designing and delivering strategic People Plans Excellent communication and presentation skills Desirable: Experience in the Utilities or Tech sector SAP knowledge Location: Bradford (with hybrid working) Leadership responsibility: Manages a team of HR Business Partners Reports to: Head of People Operations This is a key strategic role with real scope to influence culture, performance, and engagement across critical business areas.
