Role Summary
The Operations Support Officer is responsible for delivering high‑quality operational and business support within the Surgery Division at Kings Mill Hospital. The role focuses on supporting Service Line Directors and Heads of Service to improve performance, drive service development, and ensure compliance with national and local targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business processes, analyse performance data, and produce reports and business cases to support decision‑making and service improvement.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, support the delivery of business intelligence, and help identify opportunities for service growth and innovation.
- Embed effective systems for performance monitoring, benchmarking and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex information clearly to clinical and non‑clinical teams.
