Key Responsibilities:
* Tailored Instruction: Provide personalized educational support to meet the unique needs of students in the MIPA classroom.

* IEP Development: Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to track student progress.

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications:
* Valid Virginia Teaching License or eligibility
* Special Education Endorsement
* Experience with autism spectrum disorders and diverse learning needs
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
