The Role: The Technical Trainer will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive training to both internal and external teams. Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering, developing and implementing training courses tailored to the company's product range.
2. Ensuring a high pass rate through effective training methods.
3. Learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's product range.
4. Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective and comprehensive training is provided to clients.
5. Contributing to tasks and keeping to agreed deadlines.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role is mandatory.
7. HNC/ HND in an Engineering discipline (preferred)
8. Ability to adapt and learn complex technical engineering concepts.
9. Happy to operate in a field-based role.
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Confident and able to speak in front of large groups.
