We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Wiltshire SN13 9NP. This is a zero hour contract, working as needed between 7am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Wilson Vale is an established, quality‑led contract caterer that works with amazing clients across the UK and provides high‑end service in office restaurants, schools and conference venues.
A Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting chefs with basic food preparation and ensuring high standards of hygiene and organisation. Responsibilities include washing and properly storing crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment, keeping work areas, counters and floors clean and tidy, managing waste and recycling, and assisting with deliveries and stock rotation. The role also involves maintaining front‑of‑house cleanliness, ensuring items are well stocked, and providing courteous assistance to customers when needed.
