Opus have partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner who are expanding their consulting & delivery team with a talented Senior Technical Consultant. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions, lead design sessions, contribute to high-quality technical documentation, and craft detailed user stories that drive successful implementations. This will be a hands on, yet client facing position where you will utilise your platform & project knowledge to liaise effectively with clients & implement best practices & solutions. This role will challenge you with a variety of complex issues, requiring collaboration and creative problem-solving. As a senior team member, you’ll also help guide junior consultants and contribute to the strategic direction of our services. Key Responsibilities Leverage your broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including upcoming features and releases Lead projects and initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients Facilitate client workshops and use the platform to showcase potential outcomes Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication Champion collaborative project delivery, aligned with agreed scope and timelines Uphold best practices and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with solution consultants to define project scope and contribute to solution architecture Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed Experience and Skills 3 years plus of hands-on configuration and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform Implementation experience with a range of ServiceNow targeted product areas, such as Strong knowledge & experience with IRM/GRC/HRSD or SecOps ServiceNow modules ServiceNow Certified is highly desirable Strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow configuration and development Up-to-date ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer are a strong plus Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL frameworks; ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous Benefits & Bonus's Up to £80,000 base salary 10% annual performance bonus 28 days annual leave (Option to buy more) Strong pension contribution Private health care for you & the family Full support & mentorship to support your well being & success Flexible and remote working options A supportive, inclusive culture that values your input and helps you achieve your goals
