We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You'll work closely with the Glasgow office, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of transactional finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, driven professional eager to make an impact.

What You'll Do:
🔹 Oversee purchase/sales ledgers, cash books, loan schedules and ensure accurate reconciliations
🔹 Maintain accruals, prepayments & amortisation schedules
🔹 Prepare management accounts, including budget variance analysis
🔹 Lead VAT & CIS return submissions
🔹 Supervise invoice processing & cash book maintenance
🔹 Manage statutory accounts, audits & financial reporting
🔹 Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors & key stakeholders
🔹 Present finance reports to shareholders & board members
What We're Looking For:
✔ ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (essential)
✔ At least one year post-qualified experience (essential)
✔ Experience working in a professional finance environment
✔ Confidence in board-level interactions (experience desirable, but not essential)
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
