This is a crucial role responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business acquisition, and maximizing fleet unit sales within one of the largest books of business for Toyota in the UK. If you have a strong background in automotive fleet sales management and excel at building client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Strategically manage and grow key fleet accounts, including blue-chip clients, to maximize sales opportunities. Proactively develop and acquire new fleet business, focusing on B2B growth. Liaise effectively with corporate customers and Toyota Great Britain (TGB) to secure sales and maintain strong relationships. Ensure efficient sales processes by being highly proficient with sales and CRM systems. Organise and lead a small sales-focused team, including a sales executive and an admin person, to achieve collective targets. Oversee the generation of sales proposals, processing of orders, and coordination of vehicle deliveries. Keep customers updated throughout the sales and delivery process, ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Work towards quarterly sales targets based on direct profit, unit targets, and TGB Standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven sales management experience within fleet roles in the automotive industry (cars, vans, or HGV). Strong proficiency with sales and CRM systems; this is a very system-based role. Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive new business acquisition (B2B sales). Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with customers and TGB. Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple sales priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive team player with a flexible approach, capable of leading and motivating a small sales team. A full UK driving licence is required.
