Duties of the MOT Technician include:
8. Carrying out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards
9. Performing vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
10. Carrying out repairs and servicing to meet manufacturer and industry standards
11. Ensuring all safety checks and documentation are completed accurately
12. Maintaining high levels of vehicle safety and customer satisfaction
Candidate specifications for the MOT Technician include:
13. Essential MOT Tester qualification (VM rules compliance)
14. Previous experience working as an MOT Technician
15. Strong diagnostic and repair skills
16. Knowledge of vehicle systems and safety compliance
17. Excellent attention to detail and reliability
