JOB SUMMARY
As a member of our Front of House & Escape Room team at The XC, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all visitors. From greeting customers at reception, serving food and drinks, and ensuring facilities are clean and safe, to delivering memorable activity sessions such as escape rooms, Clip Climbing, and caving, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience.
This role is an exciting opportunity to support our charity's mission: every penny of profit goes directly towards working with children with additional needs and their families.
HOW I PUT SMILES ON FACES
By delivering warm, friendly, and professional customer service, you'll ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Your work helps us provide exceptional leisure experiences while supporting our wider charitable mission of giving children with additional needs — and their families — free access to fun, inclusive activities.
DEVELOPMENT
Staff who work for Absolutely Together will tell you that not only is there a culture of having fun while at work, but also a culture of personal development and empowerment. It is a place where staff are treated like people, not robots.
There will be ample opportunity to develop your skills in this role, through on site training, online learning and external courses. We appreciate our people and love to see them develop. Regular one to ones and informal chats will keep you focussed and moving in the right direction. All you will need to do is show that positive can do attitude.
