Our client in Woking is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to support their team with a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in HR to make a real impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Assist the greater HR team as needed
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
Good working knowledge of UK employment law
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable
