An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Partnership Manager to lead a key territory across the North of the UK, driving access and uptake of innovative medicines within the NHS.
Working cross-functionally, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, engaging a broad range of healthcare stakeholders to support optimal patient outcomes and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans across designated NHS systems
* Drive local access in alignment with NICE guidance, identifying and addressing system barriers
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with clinicians, commissioners, and healthcare decision-makers
* Communicate complex clinical and real-world evidence to demonstrate product value
* Utilise data and insights to deliver targeted, multichannel customer engagement
Candidate Profile
* Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, including commissioning and patient pathways
* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at both clinical and system level
* High level of scientific credibility and confidence in data interpretation
* Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution
