Job Description
This Account Manager role in this organisation is unlike any other, with a strong emphasis placed on sourcing and selling specialist steel products. The role will be supporting a variety of Customers within the Marie, Aerospace, Oil & Gas Renewable and associated sectors and will require a detail orientated commercial person.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing customer relationships across multiple sectors.
*
Driving sales growth by meeting volume and margin targets
*
Handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing customer orders
*
Collaborating with purchasing and supply chain to ensure products are delivered as requested.
*
Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales/
*
Supporting the Commercial Director and wider team to achieve sales targets in a collaborative team environment

What we are looking for:

Proven background in sales, business development or account management.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

A relationship builder with the ability to understand technical products and client needs.

Confident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*
Experience in steel, engineering, or industrial supply chains would be advantageous, but is not a requirement for the role.
* Able to work on-site 5 days per week with some flexibility shown when required
* A passionate, diligent individual who is eager to join a business that has some exciting growth ambitions
