Customer Service / Transport Co-ordinator - Walsall

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Walsall for an experienced Customer Service / Transport Co-ordinator.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stability and long-term progression within a busy and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries efficiently and professionally
- Assisting with customer orders and ensuring accurate processing
- Planning and coordinating deliveries with external hauliers
- Liaising with drivers, logistics teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Resolving any delivery or service-related issues in a timely manner
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00
- Flexibility required to start earlier when needed
Pay Rate:
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or transport/logistics role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident liaising with customers and external partners
