You will join as a Bartender, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Bartender
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits,winesand coffees.
2. Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
3. Keep the bar stocked,organisedand clean throughout service.
4. Handle orders,tabsand payments accurately.
5. Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
6. Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are wellmaintained.
7. Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Person Specification
8. Confident, friendly and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
9. Interest in cocktails, wines ,spirits and bar service.
10. Calm and organised during busy periods.
11. Professional ,reliable and team-minded.
12. Good personal presentation and understanding of basic hygiene standards.
13. Willingto learn new skills and develop bar knowledge.
