Beach Baker is instructed on a confidential opportunity with a well‑established and highly regarded property consultancy, operating across the South West and wider UK.
This is a senior, client-facing role offering responsibility for the proactive management of a diverse portfolio of commercial investment property, including office, industrial and retail assets. The role combines hands-on property management with strong client relationship management and commercial awareness.
The Role
* Managing a portfolio of commercial investment properties across the South West and UK
* Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
* Carrying out property inspections and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
* Preparing and reconciling service charge budgets
* Ensuring statutory compliance and landlord obligations are met
* Overseeing buildings insurance and associated claims
* Supporting management company administration
* Working collaboratively with FM, accounting and wider consultancy teams
* Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Contributing to business development and service improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in commercial property management
* Strong knowledge of service charge, compliance and landlord obligations
* Confident, professional and commercially minded
* Excellent organisational and client-handling skills
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities
* RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
