Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.
* Provide counseling and support to clients facing a variety of social challenges.
* Advocate for clients to access community resources and services.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies to coordinate care.
* Maintain detailed case records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.
* Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and needs.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
* Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in social work.
* Current licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.

End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
