Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (12 months), Midlands - Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry areas (12 months). The client is also looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor for a 3-month contract in Wiltshire.
The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The per-survey rate is as follows:
House stock condition only - £25, Flat stock condition only - £20, Block - £25 (Umb/Ltd).
Wiltshire patch: House SCS & EPC- £49, Flat SCS & EPC - £45 (Umb/Ltd).
The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and will have access to car.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios
2. Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements
3. Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks
4. Recording survey data accurately using digital systems
5. Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies
Experience required:
6. Previous stock condition experience
7. Access to a car
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
8. Domestic Energy Assement (Wiltshire only)
Working schedule:
9. Flexible hours
10. 35 + surveys per week
