Your New RoleAs Senior Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the pre-construction and bid function, contributing to the successful conversion of major building projects.Working closely with estimating, design, project leadership and the wider bid team, you will: Develop high-quality, competitive tender programmesProduce clear methodologies, phasing strategies and logistics planningIdentify programme risks, constraints and opportunities at pre-construction stageSupport bid submissions and attend tender presentationsEnsure planning outputs align with internal governance and client requirementsUse industry-standard planning software to generate accurate, well-structured programmes This is a strategic role that will place you at the forefront of early-stage project development within a high-performing team.
