As Marketing Assistant, you will be a key member of the Marketing team, contributing and facilitating the marketing activities at Clinisupplies. This varied role will include Project management, the organisation of presentations and events, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, contributing ideas to campaigns, assisting with product supply and artwork management and the day-to-day management of marketing activities. A summary of key areas of responsibility is as follows: This is a great opportunity for an energetic, confident person to join an expanding marketing team focussing on Patient Care in the Continence sector. Working collaboratively with the brand managers and marketing executive to create and execute campaigns related to Clinisupplies products and services. These campaigns will be delivered through our sales team, social media, and digital channels. Manging and tracking home packs and trial pack ensuring correct content and messaging is received in the field. Assisting in all aspects of the marketing plan, from basic office administration to supporting and developing marketing ideas Contributing to the digital strategy and our patient engagement communications projects Creating marketing materials in line within brand guidelines Managing print and collateral supply Planning and delivering internal and external events as required, on time and within budget. Skills and experience required. Youll have: Project management qualification or experience Event management experience is beneficial. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Great teamworking skills Previous track record of working within a marketing team is preferred. Experience of working with external suppliers. You should be. Enthusiastic, results driven and committed to working to high standards. A great communicator with excellent interpersonal/presentation skills Be commercially aware. Take a flexible approach to work and adapt accordingly. Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Have exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks and admin duties. Have good numerical and analytical skills. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
