JOB PURPOSE:
Acuity Knowledge Partners seeks an experienced professional, based in London, to sell outsourcing and offshoring services to Corporate and Investment Banks, as well as Commercial Banks in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a proven track record in originating, qualifying, and closing deals, and experience working in a Front Office role in M&A or LevFin for an Investment Bank is highly desirable.
Excellent English skills are essential, along with comfort operating in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of European languages is a plus. The role is initially based in London with extensive travel to build client relationships.
The candidate should have good understanding of the financial services landscape, be capable of developing client relationships, and possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Building long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is key.

This is a quota-carrying sales role involving the full sales cycle: from prospecting, pitching, pipeline development, deal closure, to account management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
* Manage high-quality enterprise sales cycles targeting banks, brokers, and advisory firms in EMEA.
* Identify and initiate new sales opportunities through prospecting and leveraging existing relationships.
* Qualify leads and generate demand.
* Create compelling value propositions aligned with client needs, negotiate, and close complex agreements.
* Focus on new client acquisition and cross-selling offshoring services, particularly in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, LevLending).
* Additional areas include credit underwriting & enablement, sell-side research, and other services.
* Engage with senior decision-makers to promote outsourcing benefits.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
* Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.
* Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a leading university.
* Experience in front office roles in M&A and/or LevFin within a Corporate & Investment Bank.
* Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
* Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
* Experience leading sales efforts, proposal development, and deal closing.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Creative problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams.
