The Opportunity: * Based from their Head Office and working on site, you will be responsible for the full Quantity Surveying function on a Super Prime residential project. * You’ll be working alongside top-tier subcontractors, consultants, and architects to help deliver a truly exceptional property. * The role requires a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a stable career history and ideally 5- 10 years of experience delivering high-end single dwelling residential projects with contract values of £5m. * A strong background in managing procurement, cost control, valuations, and final accounts on complex bespoke projects is essential. * This is a permanent position offering long-term progression, with further opportunities to work on some of the most prestigious residential schemes in the region. * The company is committed to investing in its team, offering continued professional development in a culture that supports wellbeing and long-term job satisfaction.
